MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):

  Responsible for fully understanding clients’ needs and determining whether a business can meet those needs.

    Oversees a team to ensure the company’s products or services are delivered on time, on budget and up to the client’s standards

    Communicates with clients and gathers information about a project’s scope, budgets and timelines

     Meets with the senior management to discuss clients’ project goals, progress and outcomes

       Develops budgets and timelines for clients and Zeleman

       Coordinates teams to meet project milestones

       Setup new teams to meet clients’ or businesses’ goals


QUALIFICATION AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

       Minimum 3 years of experience in related function

       BA and MA graduate in related field

       Verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

       Capable of maintaining strong relationships

       Proven presentation and negotiating skills

       Strong organizational and multitasking skills

       People leadership skill

       Proven time management skill

       English language skill, written and spoken is mandatory
