MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):
● Responsible for fully understanding
clients’ needs and determining whether a business can meet those needs.
● Oversees a team to ensure the
company’s products or services are delivered on time, on budget and up to the
client’s standards
● Communicates with clients and
gathers information about a project’s scope, budgets and timelines
● Meets with the senior management to
discuss clients’ project goals, progress and outcomes
●
Develops budgets and timelines for
clients and Zeleman
●
Coordinates teams to meet project
milestones
● Setup new teams to meet clients’ or businesses’ goals
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
● Minimum
3 years of experience in related function
●
BA and MA graduate in related field
●
Verbal, written and interpersonal
communication skills
●
Capable of maintaining strong
relationships
●
Proven presentation and negotiating
skills
●
Strong organizational and multitasking
skills
●
People leadership skill
● Proven time management skill
● English language skill, written and spoken is mandatory
