MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):


  • Conducting research to better understand brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends

  • Develop ad campaigns by conducting research, coordinating with other members of the art department, lead and take part in the entire campaign development process, from establishing objectives until the project is completed and presented to the client.

  • Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the Creative director and copywriter

  • Determine and develop the visual style of advertising campaigns, publications, and other visual elements for the client

  • Select photography, artwork, designs, and other visual elements for layout

  • Troubleshooting design, staff, or process problems as they arise

  • Review designs for errors before they are printed or published

  • Present completed ideas to clients/team members

  • Analyze market trends, consumer need, and the competitive landscape, and track campaign performance


QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 5 plus years’ experience in designing 

  • BA degree or above in related fields  

  • Exceptional capability with typography, design, layout, and prototyping

  • Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sell ideas to clients and colleagues

  • Great aesthetic judgment and Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Creativity and ability to delegate responsibilities

  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism
