MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):
Lead on key accounts and offer strategic ideas in the development of all campaigns
Lead the agency’s ideas presentation and ensure deliverables remain faithful to the brief and is kept within the timeframe and budget
Establish relationships with new clients and maintains and nurtures business relationships with new clients
Identify ‘at risk’ clients and offers support and guidance to ensure accounts are retained
Monitors work performance of the Account Services team, offering guidance and support where necessary
Offers training to the Account Services team, ensuring each member is performing to their best ability
Creates and leads major presentations for clients and prospective clients
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
BA and MA graduate in related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in related areas and roles.
Proven people management skill
Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
Sound background in finance
Proven presentation and negotiating skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proven time management skill
English language skill, written and spoken is mandatory
