MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):

  • Lead on key accounts and offer strategic ideas in the development of all campaigns

  • Lead the agency’s ideas presentation and ensure deliverables remain faithful to the brief and is kept within the timeframe and budget

  • Establish relationships with new clients and maintains and nurtures business relationships with new clients

  • Identify ‘at risk’ clients and offers support and guidance to ensure accounts are retained

  • Monitors work performance of the Account Services team, offering guidance and support where necessary

  • Offers training to the Account Services team, ensuring each member is performing to their best ability

  • Creates and leads major presentations for clients and prospective clients

    QUALIFICATION AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • BA and MA graduate in related field

    • Minimum 4 years of experience in related areas and roles.

    • Proven people management skill

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships

    • Sound background in finance

    • Proven presentation and negotiating skills

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

    • Proven time management skill

    • English language skill, written and spoken is mandatory
