JOB SUMMARY

As the Digital Marketing Executive, you are the voice of the brand. No one should know more about your brand, the target audience, online behavior, community and what content is relevant than you. The Digital Marketing Executives oversees all digital communications for a brand, moderating online conversations within your community to promote brand continuity and engagement with customers. You will lead the development of content with a project team and work closely with the digital manager on the account.

MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to)


  • Build your brand's community and be the voice of the brand online.
  • Ensure TA, brand archetype, digital strategy and content strategies are in place (Social Media Manager to help develop for each brand).
  • Generate engaging, unique, and compelling content for social media accounts.
  • Schedule posts and ensure content is executed as per the content calendar.
  • Monitor community size, engagement rates, type of sentiment, effect of media spend and course correct as necessary.
  • Manage public comments and customer queries promptly.
  • Monitor key data and generate reports for client and Social Media Managers.
  • Be the digital lead on any digital campaigns on your brand over and above always on content.
  • Monitor competitors and compile competitor analysis reports.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest digital trends and guidelines (able to advise designers & Copywriters).

 



QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS


  •  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or another relevant field.   
  •  2+ years of professional experience as a digital marketer or similar role.
  • Strong working knowledge of social media uses for management of brands
  • Organized person with attention to detail
  • Inquisitive about the world and digital advertising, with a real can-do attitude.
  • Proactive and a natural problem solver personality 
  • A tech savvy and well informed about the relevant latest news on social media and follow up what is happening
  • Understands media as way of life and future of advertising
  • A driven person who can uphold a high standard of work and hold others accountable
  • A person who can work autonomously and manage cross-functional teams to meet shared deliverables and objectives.
