MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to)
- Recruitment: Onboarding 99 qualified zonal representatives based on established criteria, coordinating training and follow up trainings for the representatives, managing a Telegram group and Excel tracker to capture all activities.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct weekly check-ins with Regional Coordinators to track registration progress against KPIs and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
- Standardization: Ensure that BTL activities (community mobilization, site setups, and door-to-door outreach) are consistent in quality and messaging across all regions.
- Support & Guidance: Act as the first point of contact for regional teams when they face operational challenges, such as equipment failure, staffing issues, or local resistance.
- Capacity Building: Identify training gaps in regional teams and coordinate trainings to improve their mobilization and reporting skills.
- Logistics & Supply Chain: Oversee the end-to-end distribution of BTL materials (forms, posters, tablets, uniforms, and solar chargers) to the various regional hubs.
- Activity Validation: Conduct regular field visits to verify that regional teams are actually performing the activities reported and that "Fayda" registration centers are accessible and visible.
- Issue Escalation: Create a streamlined reporting system where field issues (technical, security, or social) are escalated to leadership immediately for resolution.
- Budget Accountability: Review and validate regional expense reports related to BTL activities and field operations before they are submitted for final approval. Coordinate on time payments to the representatives.
- Data Consolidation: Compile weekly and monthly Field Status Reports that summarize regional performance, challenges faced, and lessons learned.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with the Registration departments to ensure BTL mobilization efforts align with the availability of registration kits and network connectivity.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS
- Education: BA Degree in Marketing
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in marketing, specifically in BTL, event management, or ground activations.
- Project Management: Proven ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both corporate stakeholders and field staff.
- Problem Solving: Quick thinking to resolve on-site issues (e.g., technical glitches at an event or staffing shortages).
- Mobility: Willingness to travel to different locations for site visits and event supervision.
