MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to)
- Responsible for fully understanding clients’ needs and determining whether a business can meet those needs.
- Oversees a team to ensure the company’s products or services are delivered on time, on budget and up to the client’s standards
- Communicates with clients and gathers information about a project’s scope, budgets and timelines
- Meets with the senior management to discuss clients’ project goals, progress and outcomes
- Develops budgets and timelines for clients and Zeleman
- Coordinates teams to meet project milestones
- Setup new teams to meet clients’ or businesses’ goals
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related function
- BA and MA graduate in related field
- Verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Proven presentation and negotiating skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- People leadership skill
- Proven time management skill
- English language skill, written and spoken is mandatory
